Milawa Gourmet Region Associaiton Inc. Australia’s first gourmet region was conceived in 1994 and is centered around the townships of Oxley, Milawa, Tarrawingee, Markwood and Whorouly. The region is home to numerous food producers plus a number of Australia’s leading wineries. The Milawa Gourmet Region is the perfect back drop to the makers of fine food, wine and craft offerings, there are numerous options for accommodation and plenty of things to see and do.
