Located midway between the Milawa Cheese Company and Brown Brothers Winery and close to the centre of the town, Factory Lane Bed and Breakfast is within easy walking distance to the very heart of the Milawa Gourmet Region and for cycling enthusiasts, in close proximity to the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail.

Factory Lane Bed and Breakfast offers you a comfortable queen bed, separate bathroom, small kitchenette equipped with toaster, kettle, bar fridge and microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will supply you daily with everything you need to make yourself a continental breakfast so that you can dine at a time most convenient for you.

All linen, towels, soap, shampoo and body lotion as well as a selection of tea, coffee and sweeteners are supplied.
