Markwood Mushrooms is a multi generational family business located in Markwood, North East Victoria. Our family shares a passion for fresh food and the land from which it grows. We grow a range of gourmet mushrooms including Lions Mane, Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster and Chocolate Oyster Mushrooms to name a few. Our mushrooms are grown by combining traditional mushroom techniques with artificial intelligence (AI) in temperature, light and humidity controlled grow rooms. This allows us to produce delicious gourmet mushrooms all year round. Visit us at the Wangaratta Farmers Market on the second weekend of each month between 8am-12pm.
